Neart is a Sports Psychology app for athletes, developed by a HCPC-Registered Sport & Exercise Psychologist.

What Data We Collect

Account information

When you create an account we collect your email address (if using email sign-up) or your Apple ID (if using Sign in with Apple). We do not store your password — authentication is handled securely by Supabase.

Content you create

The app stores the following content you enter:

• Daily journal entries (three positives and optional reflective text)
• Training plan entries (competition and rest days)
• Imagery session records (scenario, vividness rating, notes)
• Pre-performance reflections (process goal, readiness rating, notes)
• Post-performance reflections (process goal review, achievement rating, what went well, what you would change)
• Day notes and reminders

All of this content is end-to-end encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption before it leaves your device. Only you can read it.

Preferences and settings

We store app preferences locally on your device, including notification settings, appearance preferences, and your dream goal.

App usage

We store a record of the dates you open the app, used only to display your engagement history within the app. This is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted elsewhere.
